We will review the drivers of engagement, the benefits of an aligned recognition strategy as well as immediate action items that can be implemented within your organization.

We will discuss the evolution of recognition strategies within an organization, the importance of the understanding the full spectrum of appreciation as well as how strategic recognition not only drives engagement, but ultimately drives business results.

About the presenter:

Brooke Barber has partnered with organizations throughout the Northwest to co-create recognition strategies that are aligned to organizational goals and designed to drive engagement and culture. Over the past five years she has worked with companies throughout the Northwest to implement strategies surrounding celebrating milestones, rewarding results and noticing effort. She is active both in her local SHRM chapter as well as with both the Puget Sound ASTD Chapter as well as the Inland NW ASTD Chapter.
